All on Four

What a difference a day makes!

Losing teeth can mean losing confidence, and all those resulting gaps can have some nasty effects on your remaining teeth and jawbone. Even if you’ve been told you’re not a suitable candidate for dental implants as you don’t have sufficient bone mass to hold implants in place or you’ve been advised you may need some drastic (and costly!) bone grafting – don’t despair – we have a neat solution that might just finally fill in those annoying spaces.

Dental implants are cylindrical structures made from extremely well tolerated titanium. They are surgically placed in the jawbone and behave just like tooth roots to eventually offer a firm foundation for lovely new gnashers.

All-on-4™ is a smart technique that involves placing just four carefully positioned implants to support shiny new teeth. This restorative procedure is so effective, you could be sporting a fresh set of teeth (either bridgework or a fixed denture) after just one day!

Wow that’s quick! How does it work?

  • We check out your oral health and use a state of the art camera to produce a 3D image of your jaws. We then formulate a treatment plan and to ensure accurate surgery, we ‘virtually’ work out where the implants will be positioned on the 3D image.
  • The implants are surgically placed to take advantage of areas of higher bone density and so they will fuse completely with the jawbone.
  • Temporary acrylic teeth are then put in place so you’ll be free to walk out in style with a brand new smile.
  • When the implants have undergone a bonding process with the bone, the permanent teeth are fitted – and then all you have to do is smile!

As well as offering great looking functional teeth in just one day, All-on-4™ offers a whole bunch of other benefits:

  • Helps to stabilise the jawbone
  • Can eliminate the need for bone grafting
  • Less discomfort
  • More affordable

As long as you keep your implants nice and clean and keep coming to see us (for regular check-ups and hygiene visits) there’s no reason why you won’t have a permanent smile on your face for years to come.
